Collabor8 Digital provides done-for-you marketing automation systems for real estate agents and agencies across the United States. This includes website development, CRM setup, WhatsApp automation, AI chatbots, lead capture systems, appointment booking, and ongoing campaign management.

Payments & Billing

All payments are due as outlined in your service agreement. Collabor8 Digital reserves the right to pause or terminate services in the event of non-payment. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

Refund Policy

Due to the custom and done-for-you nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. If you have a concern regarding your payment, please contact us within 48 hours at [email protected].

Intellectual Property

All designs, automations, content, and systems created by Collabor8 Digital remain the intellectual property of Collabor8 Digital until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, ownership is transferred to the client as agreed.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback, and necessary platform access required to complete the project. Delays caused by the client do not obligate Collabor8 Digital to extend deadlines at no charge.

Limitation of Liability

Collabor8 Digital shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the last 30 days.
